Appeal Tracker

Before a tree permit becomes final, the City of Miami posts an “Intended Decision” for 10 calendar days (15 for city projects). During this window, any aggrieved party can file an appeal with the Historic and Environmental Preservation Board.

This page tracks permits currently in their appeal window, sorted by deadline urgency. Data syncs automatically every 12 hours from the City of Miami Intended Decisions page.
